Hotel Des Arts Galata - Istanbul

The location offered easy access to picturesque spots like Galata Tower and Istiklal Street. My room featured cozy decor and comfortable furnishings, contributing to a cute atmosphere. The staff delivered attentive service, consistently checking on my comfort. I encountered issues during check-in. The confusion caused frustration, ultimately leading to a wait for my room to be cleaned. This could be better managed with clearer communication regarding check-in times. Despite this setback, the fantastic water pressure in the shower was a notable highlight. I appreciated the fast wifi and the vibrant ambiance around the hotel, though the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night. Keep this in mind if you're sensitive to sound.

The location was stunning and amazing, near to the eight cafes outside, amazing Galata Tower and the centre. Liked our rooms with a balcony.

There were an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment in the room, really enjoyed that. The cost was £ 104. The service was incredible with parking nearby. The location was stunning and incredible - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Upon arrival, there was confusion regarding our room. The staff offered two downgrades instead of resolving the issue. There was a cockroach encountered in the room, unacceptable and made me question the cleanliness.

This small hotel offers lots of reasonably large and nice styled rooms. It has beautiful, marvellous setting, close enough to Galata tower and Istiklal street as well as lots of nightlife. There's Sirin Firin a 10-15 minute walk from the property, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

location in the heart of the city was a plus. the stay was wonderful and i can't wait to come back.

Right near the Galata Tower, this place is wicked cool. The staff was super helpful when I had to change my plans, like total champs. The room was cozy clean, and I could just enjoy the vibe of the area without any fuss. Seriously, I'll be back for sure.

The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by vibrant nightlife and excellent shopping areas. The staff is helpful, especially when our travel plans changed unexpectedly. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and away from the busiest streets.

The location is a stone's throw from the Galata Tower, and my room had a fine view. I didn't need public transport since everything was walkable, and they even surprised us with a special decoration for our anniversary!

the bathroom smelled a bit funny but the location was lit, just steps away from the galata tower. the staff was so friendly and always ready to help. the room was cozy and clean, and it had a great view from the terrace.
